Our 8-week Pre-Married Intensives join together the SYMBIS Assessment and the spiritual supports of heart healing to help you lay a foundation for your path for lifelong love!

Led by our seasoned heart healers and transformational coaches, Jenie and Chris Nowak, these group sessions are crafted to bring understanding of Your Money Methods, Your Personalities, Your Fight Types, Your Talk Styles, Your Love Life and Your Deepest Longings.  Not just as individuals- but as a COUPLE.   To build the most lasting foundation, we also show you why your patterns are what they are and give you skills to work together as a couple to celebrate the differences and heal hurts to prevent “irreconcilable differences."

Intensives start with the Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts Assessment (included).  You and your fiancé/spouse will each take the assessment independently.  Results will be shared during your group Intensives sessions.  Each week we will address topics from your assessment using the His and Hers SYMBIS Workbooks (also included) and relate heart healing strategies to your specific situations.  We teach you to listen for the hurts, not just the words; to stop the Blame Game; to recognize attitudes that are keeping you stuck, and to realize that you don’t have to do the hard work alone.  

1:1 coaching sessions focus on your current area of need and progress at your pace. A workbook with prayers, journaling pages, and a tracking chart are included to support your journey and help you thrive.

The 6-week Group Coaching Sessions, facilitated by Jenie Nowak, provide a supportive community environment where you can share experiences and learn from one another. Each session follows a workshop style, focusing on transformative prayers for immediate healing and freedom from hurts, disappointments, and letdowns. The sessions also address bad attitudes, self-fulfilling prophecies, and “self” control. Future sessions focus on transforming habit structures, releasing and renewing memories, and walking in freedom, favor, and blessings.

Participants receive a workbook with prayers, journaling pages, and a tracking chart to support their healing journey. Each session includes time for Q&A and HotSeats, where transformative healing prayers are released over the group. The sessions aim to build confidence, provide solutions, and empower you to focus on the one thing you need most right now.

This is both a personal healing course and a training course. Registration for LS Course 1 is by 2-person teams. Teams are required so that you have someone to practice with throughout the week and continue the process with after the course has ended. This course provides the scriptural background for the framework and prayers.

In the Foundation Series 1 - Life Solutions Course 1, you will learn essential principles and practices for heart healing in both your personal life and outreach ministry/evangelism. Guided by Jenie and Chris Nowak, these 8-week group sessions cover the scriptural background for the framework and prayers. You'll practice inviting the Holy Spirit to guide you in identifying hurts and praying healing prayers with your prayer partner. You'll also learn to use the framework to address bad attitudes, self-fulfilling prophecies, issues of “self” control, and to release judgments, expectations, and vows. The course finishes with how to walk free from destructive habits, make new memories and walk out your new freedoms and bless others. A focus on using the framework for outreach/evangelism is also provided.

The Life Solutions Course 1 includes comprehensive support from Jenie and Chris Nowak, who model and lead transformative healing prayers. Each session includes time for Q&A, and HotSeats are available during the last 2-3 sessions for a deep dive into your needs or skills. All sessions are recorded for further review and training. A detailed workbook and multiple tracking charts are provided.

The Advanced Series - Life Solutions Course 2 is designed for individuals who have completed the Foundation Series - Life Solutions Course 1. Led by Jenie and Chris Nowak, this course delves deeper into spiritual and emotional healing, addressing more complex wounding topics such as: Adamic Nature, Generational Wounds, En Utero wounding, Mother/Father wounding, Abusive Wounding, and other topics to help you achieve greater levels of freedom and fulfillment. It aims to empower you to live a more abundant and purposeful life. Add: help you address more deeply rooted wounds to bring freedom to yourself and those you minister to.

The Advanced Series - Life Solutions Course 2 is ideal for those who have completed the Foundation Series - Life Solutions Course 1 and are ready to take both their personal and their outreach heart healing journey to the next level. Jenie and Chris Nowak's extensive experience in spirit-filled ministry, life coaching, and heart healing equips them to guide you through this advanced course.
